Jeanie Wyttenbach:

Jeanie is from Mantorville Minnesota. She was always involved in music throughout her school years, performing in choirs and duets, but her greatest love was the good old gospel music she heard in her little country church! As years went on, she always loved a variety of music, thinking gospel, and country her favorites, until she heard the Minnesota based bluegrass group “Monroe Crossing” at the Minnesota State Fair. She was immediately “hooked”!! She bought herself a mandolin and banjo, called up some friends to see if they would be interested in playing some “bluegrass gospel “ at an annual church event, and they had so much fun, they’ve been together ever since!! Jeanie says it’s been the dream of a lifetime to be able to perform and share her love of music and the Lord through this wonderful music!

Dennis Aarsvold:

Dennis comes from Kasson Minnesota.  He  plays rhythm guitar and does lead vocals for the group. Dennis has been involved in music his whole life as well. Along with church choirs, singing for numerous weddings, church events and the like, he was also a member in a couple of rock and roll bands as a youngster. Dennis has a strong and confident lead voice, and if you close your eyes, you will hear a definite resemblance to Willie Nelson! Dennis is one of the original band members, and has also been blessed by the opportunities the group has had to meet people and share this life’s journey through their music!

Peter Wyttenbach:

Peter is Jeanie’s youngest of 4 children. He shares his Mother’s love of music, and bluegrass in particular. Peter resides in Kasson and is pursuing a career  in elementary education. He is the 3rd original member of the band.  Peter  was quite young, and actually had to stand on a stool to reach the mike in the pulpit when he would sing a song at a Sunday morning church service! Peter has a true love of all types of music, but loves sharing his talent and testimony through “Cabin Fever”. His vocals and harmonies are pure and strong, and come from the heart! He plays guitar, mandolin and does vocals for the band.

Paul Peterson:

Paul plays fiddle and mandolin for Cabin Fever, and resides in Kenyon Minnesota. Paul grew up listening to lots of music and fiddling in their home, and at family gatherings. Paul has a great sense of humor, and is a favorite for the group to “pick on”! Paul has also played with different groups over the years and loves to play and jam with anyone who’ll play along. He says he is now retired and working harder than ever! Paul too has a deep commitment to share his faith with others through his music and testimony!

Randy Ness:

Randy is the newest member of the band, and is also from Kasson, Minnesota. The group’s previous bass player was heading off to college, so they encouraged Randy to get himself a bass fiddle and join them! He also had always loved music, so when the opportunity arose, out he went and bought his bass! Never having played an instrument before, he began taking lessons and working hard, and is now the bass player for Cabin Fever! He has a strong, beautiful voice and has truly been a blessing to the band. His smile and enthusiasm is contagious, and there’s no doubt he's loving every minute of it! His testimony is sincere and heartfelt, and we thank God for his presence in our group!
